Welcome to Jai Bharat Motor Driving School. By enrolling in our driving courses, booking lessons, or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before starting your training.
1. Enrollment and Eligibility
Age and Licensing: Students must be of legal age to drive and hold a valid Learner's License issued by the appropriate Regional Transport Office (RTO) before taking any practical behind-the-wheel training on public roads.
Documentation: Students must provide accurate personal information, valid identification, and necessary passport-sized photographs upon enrollment. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure their Learner's License remains valid throughout the training period.
Medical Fitness: Students must disclose any physical conditions, visual impairments, or medical issues that could affect their ability to drive safely.
2. Fees and Payments
Fee Structure: All course fees must be paid in advance or according to the specific installment schedule agreed upon at the time of enrollment.
Non-Refundable Policy: Course fees, registration fees, and document processing charges are strictly non-refundable once training has commenced.
Taxes: All fees are subject to applicable government taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Lesson Scheduling and Attendance
Punctuality: Instructors will wait up to 10 minutes at the designated pickup location. If the student is late or fails to show up without prior notice, that lesson will be forfeited and counted as completed.
Rescheduling: Lessons may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice to the driving school office or assigned instructor, subject to availability.
Cancellations by the School: In the event of unforeseen circumstances, vehicle breakdowns, severe weather, or instructor illness, Jai Bharat Motor Driving School reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a lesson. We will notify students as early as possible and arrange a makeup session.
4. Training Vehicles and Safety
Dual-Control Vehicles: All practical training sessions will be conducted in school-approved vehicles equipped with dual controls.
Instructor Authority: The instructor has absolute authority during the lesson. If a student is deemed under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or substances impairing judgment, or behaves in a reckless/disrespectful manner, the lesson will be terminated immediately without a refund.
Damage Liability: Students are expected to follow all instructions carefully. However, minor damages occurring during standard learning mistakes under the direct supervision of the instructor are generally covered. Gross negligence, intentional reckless driving, or failure to follow direct instructor intervention may render the student liable for resulting vehicle damage.
5. RTO License Assistance (If Applicable)
Service Scope: If your package includes assistance with obtaining a Permanent Driving License, Jai Bharat Motor Driving School will facilitate the paperwork, appointment booking, and trial guidance.
Third-Party Discretion: The final approval, testing, and issuance of the driving license rest solely with the RTO authorities. The driving school cannot guarantee the issuance of a license if the student fails the official RTO driving test.
Additional RTO Fees: Official government licensing fees, test slot booking fees, and track usage charges are separate from the tuition fee unless explicitly stated in your chosen package.
6. Code of Conduct
Students must treat all staff members, instructors, and fellow trainees with respect and courtesy. Harassment, abusive language, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of enrollment with no refund.
Smoking, vaping, and the consumption of food or open beverages are strictly prohibited inside training vehicles.
7. Limitation of Liability
Jai Bharat Motor Driving School, its owners, and its instructors shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the training services, nor for any delays or failures in obtaining a driving license due to regulatory changes or RTO backlogs.
